Ronzoni Italian Bow Ties Salad
Keep your summer breezy and easy with a cold salad including favorite Italian flavors.

Start to Finish: 25 min. + chilling time
Ingredients:
4 cups (8 oz.) RONZONI Bow Ties, uncooked
1 jar (6 oz.) marinated or water packed artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/2 cup thin red pepper strips, thinly sliced radishes or 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups green vegetables, like broccoli florets or thinly sliced zucchini, cucumber or green pepper
1 cup (4 oz.) cubed mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to packing directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly. In large bowl, stir together cooled pasta, vegetables, cheese, parsley and salad dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. 6 servings (about 1-1/4 cups each).
