Ronzoni Lemon Pepper Pasta Piselli With Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb. small fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup (4 oz.) whipping cream
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 pkg. (12 oz.) RONZONI Lemon Pepper Angel Hair, uncooked
3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with oil; add shrimp, peas, and onion. Cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Add cream; heat just to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer until cream is slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss hot pasta with shrimp mixture and salt. 8 servings.
