Rotoni Salad

16oz cooked rotoni pasta
1diced green pepper (or1/2 green an1/2 red)
1diced med onion
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1can sliced black olives
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
1cup vinegar
2cup mayo
salt&pepper to taste
Mix dressing, pour over pasta and veggies. Stir well and refrigrate over night. Makes a large bowl, but the longer it marinates the better it is!
