Ruby Tuesday's Asian Glazed Salmon

Made with a glaze of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar and
Ginger, this is a definite keeper!

½ C. brown sugar
⅓ C. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped finely
1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 salmon fillets

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic powder and fresh lime juice. Heat in a medium saucepan until bubbly. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the fillets, coating well. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve over rice.
