Looking for Rudy’s BBQ peach cobbler recipe?
I don’t know about Ruby’s, but the best and easiest peach cobbler I have ever tasted is:
Put 2 Large cans of sliced peaches with the juice in a 9 X 12 baking dish. Sprinkle 1 box of yellow cake mix over the peaches. Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle over the dry cake mix and bake at 350 F until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt 1 stick of butter in the bottom of a 13 X 9 inch pan
Mix together & pour over melted butter:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
1- 29 oz. can peaches & syrup (cut up peaches into chunks)
You can add nutmeg or cinnamon or a pinch of cloves - for a spicier taste
Pour over batter
Sprinkle with granulated sugar
Bake for 40-45 minutes
