3 lbs. pork ribs of choice - cut into portions
1/4 c. mango chutney
1/3 c. bottled chili sauce
2 T. dark rum (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. salt
Place ribs in Dutch oven; cover with water; bring to boil; reduce heat; simmer (covered), 45 minutes or until tender; drain.
Snip any large pieces of chutney and combine with remaining ingredients.
Brush over meaty side of ribs; place bone-side down in shallow roasting pan.
Bake (uncovered) 350* F. 15 to 20 minutes or until glazed and heated through. Brush with remaining sauce before serving.
