Rum Marinated Rib Eye Steaks

1 1/2 pounds Beef Rib Eye steaks – cut 1-inch thick

 1/2           cup  rum
 1/2           cup  bourbon
 1/4           cup  olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder
2 medium garlic cloves – finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Mix rum or bourbon with next 5 ingredients for marinade. Marinate steaks 30 minutes to 2 hours. Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 9-12 minutes, turning once. (Test temperature of coals by holding palm over grill at cooking height. If the heat forces you to pull away in 4 seconds, coals are medium.)

Serving Ideas : Garlic mashed potatoes and spinach salad.
