I have a 3.30 lb rump roast, & would like to cook it in a bag w/ veggies. What should I set the oven @, & for how long ? Also, do I need to poke sm holes in the bag ? When adding veggies, do I add right away or wait, or wait till the meat cooks awhile ?:-?
