I’m planning on making this tonight using left-over fresh cooked salmon, and since I don’t have any lemons, but have lots of limes, will use them instead. Should I anticipate any problems??

I search through the TV guide to see when your shows are on and record them.
You’re fun to watch.
Keep it up.
I will try the salmon.
I do something close with Turkey and onions and brown gravy and call it Salisbury’s steak.
Bon Appetite

Let us know how the lime works for you! It should be a nice flavor!
