Salmon Loaf

15-1/2 ounce can salmon
3/4 cup liquid drained from salmon
1 cup skim milk powder
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp parsley
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Drain liquid from salmon and reserve. Add enough water to liquid to make up desired amount (3/4 cup). Combine liquid and skim milk powder in large bowl. Add eggs and beat well. Add salmon and remaining ingredients. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Place in greased baking dish and bake till brown, about 40 to 45 minutes.
