Hi everyone! My name is Glennice and I have been a member of the Ron Douglas Newsletter and site for about four years. I am alwsys trying to find better, tastier ways to cook things. I love Salmon Patties. I usually just mix canned salmon with a little Dill, one or two eggs, chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. I wondered if anyone has a different recipe? If so, can I get some ideas here? Thanks
We enjoy them made with beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley, formed into patties and skillet fried in a bit of oil. They are done in no time and sooooo good that way. You can also add a bit of Old Bay Seasoning if you want. Sometimes I add onion or celery to it.
If you like a crispier patty try dipping them into beaten egg and Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) before frying them.
