Santa Fe Beef and Cheese Bake
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
6 strips bacon, cooked and diced
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Combine tomato soup, chiles, chili powder and cumin in medium bowl. Add beef, macaroni and bacon. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Top with cheese; cover.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
