Santa Fe Skillet Chicken

3 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves ( Cut Into Strips )
1 Tbs Vegetable Oil
1 Onion ( Cut Into Strips )
1 Medium Sweet Pepper ( Cut Into Strips )
1 Can ( 14.5 Oz ) Zesty Diced Tomatoes With Mild Green Chilies

Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper. Cook chicken in oil in
skillet medium-high for 3 minutes. Add onion, pepper, cook for 4
minutes until tender crisp. Add undrained tomatoes, simmer for 3
minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over rice, garnish with
cilantro, if desired.
