Sausage and Mushroom Sauce Over Pasta
? 1 lb. Italian sausage
? 1-1/4 cups chopped onion
? 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
? 1 can (28 oz.) Seasoned Crushed Tomatoes with Italian Herbs
? 1 can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
? 1 cup (3 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
COOK pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, CRUMBLE sausage into large skillet. Add onion and garlic; cook over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink. Drain.
STIR in tomatoes, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over pasta.
