1-lb of hot sausage
1-cup of bisquick mix
1-8oz pkg of grated cheddar(sharp) cheese
Mix all ingredients together in bowl
Grease cookie sheet well
Pre heat oven to 350 bake
Roll mixture in 1" balls and align on cookie sheet
Put in oven and bake at 350 degrees for aprx 15 minutes or until golden brown
remove from cookie sheet and put in bowl covered w/ paper towel until cooled
