Sausage Gravy

Sausage Gravy

1/4 pound bulk pork sausage
2 to 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1-1/4 to 1-1/3 cup milk

Cook sausage until there is no pink in sight. Do not drain grease. Stir. Bring to a boil. After gravy has boiled for about two minutes, stir and serve over biscuits.
