Sauteed Broccoli with Shallots and Garlic

4 cups Broccoli, chopped
4 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Shallots, minced
3 clove Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Juice of 1 orange
Sea salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. orange zest

In a large sauté pan or wok, cook shallot and garlic in sesame oil over medium heat. Do not allow them to burn.

Lower heat. Add broccoli, mix it in well with shallot and garlic.

Once it has heated through, add juice and soy sauce. Stir for 1 minute. Garnish with sesame seeds and orange zest. Serves 8 over rice.
