2 Tablespoons Olive oil
4 Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
4 Tablespoons Butter
To taste Salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a skillet. SautÃ© the chicken until just done.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute longer. Add the parsley, butter and seasonings. Heat until the butter has melted. Serve the chicken warm (over pasta or rice) topped with the butter and garlic sauce
