SCANDINAVIAN PIEROGY AND CABBAGE SOUP
1 (48-ounce) can ready-to-serve chicken broth
1 (16.9-ounce) package Mrs. T’s Frozen Potato and Onion or Potato and Cheddar Cheese Pierogies
4 cups (from a 16-ounce package) coleslaw mix
1/4 cup snipped fresh dill weed
1 tablespoon dried dill
In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil; add pierogies. When broth returns to a boil, add coleslaw mix and dill. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
