School Cafeteria Crabmeat Sandwich Filling
1 1/2 qt. crabmeat, flaked
3 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
2 T. mild meat sauce (A1 sauce?)
2 c. mayonnaise
50 rolls, hamburger or frankfurter
2 c. butter, soft
1 head lettuce
Combine crabmeat, celery, pickles, meat sauce, and mayonnaise. Mix
thoroughly. Place a #16 scoop (2 ounces - 4 tablespoons or 1/4 cup)of filling on bottom half of a buttered
hamburger or frankfurter roll. Garnish with small portion of lettuce leaf.
Top with other half of roll.
