1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp fresh ginger
or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
6 garlic cloves,crushed
or 1 tsp garlic powder
Shake marinade well and pour into a shallow flat pan or dish in which
2-4 3/4 inch seafood steaks have been placed. Let marinate at least
30 minutes, then turn. Soak and additional 1-2 hours before cooking, turning every 30 minutes. Place on broiler pan and broil 6-8 minutes. turn over and broil about 5 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
This marinade is great for sturgeon, salmon or halibut…but try it with other fish. Is really good with catfish.
