This is a favorite appetiser recipe in our family…everyone loves it!!
1 box large stuffed shells
Cook acording to box.
Cool in cold running water.
Filling:
1 to 2 lbs. imitation crab meat Chopped up small
1 C. hellmans mayo
1 T. cocktail sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon Guldens spicy brown mustard
Half of Celery stalk diced small
1/4 vadalia onion minced(optional)
salt and pepper to taste
mix all ingredients until well blended. Stuff the shells with the seafood salad and cover and chill several hours, until ready to serve. Great for hourdurves for 4 th of july!! Yummy!!
Stuffing shells are great with MANY stuffings. I ve even tried Chicken Cordon Bleu stuffed shells with a creamy sauce on top…excellent!!
