Hi everyone,
I am a mother single mother of a 2 who decided to return to persue a second degree. One of my children is a starting college freshman and my second child is in the 10th grade (wearing a size 15 shoe and stands 6’3 and can eat) who attends a college prep performing arts high school. Needless to say time is of the essence so anytime I can find a recipe that is easy and quick I feel I have not short changed my family in the kitchen. Once upon a time I had the time to make everything homemade from scratch yeast rolls, cakes, pies but now–only on occasion. I was happy to find this site and look forward to using the recipes.

My husband sees the comercials on TV for Olive Garden & others & asks,'Why don’t you evercook stuff like that?" So I’m trying but he’s a real “meat & potatoe” kind of guy. Any suggestions?
