I baked two of these cakes last weekend, the 1st as stated in the recipe, and in the 2nd I substituted cocoa (3 tbs of cocoa & 1tbs of veg.oil/ ounce) for the chocolate bars. Both were well received, but my family and I enjoyed the 2nd one more as evidence by it’s demise in only 2 days. Keep those great recipes coming thanks. James
