I have read in some recipes that quiche should be served at room temperature. Do you agree and why?
Quiche is a good picnic item for many because it is good hot or cold. In my opinion - it would depend on the ingredients in the quiche. Some I would prefer hot, some cold, some at room temp.

I think the flavors come through better if served at room temperature.
Me??? room temp to warm - I would not like that one cold - but that is my opinion - others may differ.
