3 tbsp. sesame seeds (black or white), toasted
1 1/2 cups orzo
1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
2 bunches scallions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain orzo and add toasted sesame seeds.
