Shane’s Artichoke Casserole

3 cans artichoke hearts or bottoms, coarsely chopped
½ cup flour
1 stick butter
Black olives, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 ribs celery, chopped and sautéed
Milk, as needed
White cheese
French fried onions

Place artichoke in bottom of 9X13 casserole pan. Make a white sauce with butter and flour in saucepan over low heat. Add soup, celery and olives (thin with milk as needed); pour over artichoke. Sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle onions around edge. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
