Shane’s Grillin’ Rub
¼ cup sea salt
¼ cup Hungarian paprika, smoked if possible
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp dry mustard
3 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
2 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp cumin
1-1/2 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp celery seed
2 tsp oregano, ground
Cayenne, as desired
Mix well and use liberally on beef, pork, chicken or fish. The longer it can penetrate the meat before grilling, the better it is.
