Shane’s Grilled Peaches
Peaches, halved and stones removed
Butter, melted
Vodka
Cinnamon
Brown sugar
Bleu cheese crumbles
Brush each half with melted butter and grill over medium direct heat, till they have nice grill marks and are relatively soft.
Mix remaining butter with vodka, cinnamon and brown sugar, drizzle over peaches. Top with a few bleu cheese crumbles.
