Shrimp Ball

Shrimp Ball

  Yield: 8 Servings

1/2 lb Cooked small shrimp;
       .. coarsley chopped
  2 tb Minced onion
1/4 ts Salt
  8 oz Cream cheese; softened
  1 tb Lemon juice
  1 tb Horseradish
1/2 c  Finely chopped parsley

Mix shrimp, onion, salt, cream cheese, lemon
juice, and horseradish together well. Divide in
half and shape into balls. Roll in parsley. Cover
with plastic wrap until ready to use. Serve with
crackers.
