Shrimp Clubhouse

4 slices bread
2 t light mayonnaise
4 head lettuce leafs
100 grams shrimp
4 slices bacon, cooked crispy
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
2 t seafood sauce
2 thin slices cheddar cheese (opt)

Toast bread slices and then spread one side of 2 slices with mayonnaise and the other 2 slices with seafood sauce. Divide, stack and layer two of the slices with the lettuce, shrimp, bacon, tomato and cheddar. Top with the remaining two bread slices, seafood sauce side down. Cut each sandwich into quarters and serve. Makes 2 sandwiches.
