SHRIMP DIABLO

SHRIMP DIABLO
SERVES 4

2 lbs. of peeled and deveined large shrimp
6 oz. white wine
2 oz. olive oil
12 oz. favorite marinara sauce
2 T. crushed red pepper
2 T. chopped garlic

Heat olive oil over high heat in saute pan. Add shrimp and saute for 2 minutes. Add garlic and crushed red pepper; saute for 20 seconds. Add white wine and marinara and cook shrimp until done. Serve in large bowl, family style
