Shrimp Fried Rice (My Way)

This is something I make on evenings when I have been working all day and need something quick, simple, and delicious.

First I assemble my ingredients Zatarain’s Fried Rice (in the Ready to Serve Pouch), Shrimp, broccoli, oil and seasonings Old Bay, salt, and pepper. (This is great trust me)… :lol:

Coat the bottom of your skillet with olive oil, or some sort of oil. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Old bay seasoning to taste. Place shrimp in skillet and cook until pink on both sides (around 4 minutes, using medium heat). Remove shrimp from skillet

Steam the broccoli with salt and Old Bay seasoning to taste until done (I use frozen broccoli but either should be fine)

Place broccolis in the skillet with the shrimp seasoning in it, next pour in the Zatarain’s Fried Rice, and lastly add your shrimp. Stir around to mix, and let rice heat for two minutes.
