Simple Artichoke Chicken Casserole

1 can artichoke hearts (squeezed and cut up)
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder (scant)
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Mix soup, mayo and lemon juice. Add curry powder and rest of ingredients. Put in lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs or ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I’ve never had an artichoke chicken casserole before, it sounds interesting and simple. I do love artichoke chicken sandwiches though.
