1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese (about 4 1/2 tablespoons)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, divided
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter
In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick and milk. Stir until dough clings together.

On half the square, spread the cream cheese evenly.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the cream cheese.
Sprinkle half of the sesame seeds over the cheese.
Press in slightly. Fold empty half of dough over, covering filling mixture and seal edges.
Roll dough out to a 12 x 8 inch rectangle.
Brush top with beaten egg.
Sprinkle rest of sesame seeds over top.
Cut into 12 strips.
Twist each strip as you put it on a greased baking pan.
