Simple Stuffed Mushrooms
4 Large Mushrooms
4 Large slices of Monteray Jack Cheese with Jalepeno’s
salt/pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Clean mushrooms and remove the base’s.
- Salt and pepper the mushroom caps and place in the oven until browed (top up) about 5-10 minutes.
- Chop finely the mushrooms and stirfry about 3-5 minutes.
- Spoon mushroom filling into mushroom caps. Place the slice of cheese onto.
- Bake until cheese is bubbly. (5-10 minutes)
