Simple Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
4 Large Mushrooms
4 Large slices of Monteray Jack Cheese with Jalepeno’s
salt/pepper to taste
olive oil

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove the base’s.
  3. Salt and pepper the mushroom caps and place in the oven until browed (top up) about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Chop finely the mushrooms and stirfry about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Spoon mushroom filling into mushroom caps. Place the slice of cheese onto.
  6. Bake until cheese is bubbly. (5-10 minutes)
