since tomorrow is a no meat day -

I started tomorrow’s dinner today!

Friday is fish day here - I love a good homemade fish fry!

Today I made potato salad: potatoes, celery, onions, carrot, hard-cooked eggs, chopped pickles, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper.

And macaraoni salad: shell macaroni, celery, onions, carrot, hard-cooked eggs, chopped pickles, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper.

Just finished coleslaw: green and red cabbage, carrots, sugar, vinegar, mayo.

For today - seasoned burgers, skillet fried in olive oil with lots of fresh garlic.

Tomorrow: breaded fish, oven baked with lemon slices…breading, seasonings - dip in egg, coat - dip in egg again, coat again - bake.

Four loaves of bread came out of the oven earlier - so I can slice, butter and heat in the oven for hot bread to go with the fish.

Also tomorrow - oven baked potato wedges - scrub taters, cut into wedges, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, spread out on baking sheet and bake till done.
