Skillet Broccoli and Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon butter
1 can broccoli cheese soup, undiluted
1/3 cup water
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
In a large skillet, cook chicken in butter until browned on both sides. Add soup, water, pepper and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until internal juices of chicken run clear.
