Sloppy Porkies


2 pounds 75-80% lean ground pork
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ cup water
1 cup catsup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped onion

Brown pork, drain off fat. Combine remaining ingredients and add to pork. Simmer 20 minutes or longer. Serve on a bun.
