Smoked Salmon rollups

16 oz. softened cream cheese
juice of one lemon
1 t. capers
2 tb. chopped onion
3 gloves garlic
1 tb. chopped fresh chives
1/2 t. dried dill
1 tb. prepared horseradish
1 t. kosher salt
1 t. fresh ground balck pepper
I cup lightly packed fresh spinach
1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola.
Smoked salmon slices ( about 18 )

Combine all but salmon in food processor.
Use about a teaspoon per slice of salmon. Roll up and chill.
