Smoked Sausage Chili
1 T. vegetable oil 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 ( 16 oz. ) pkg. smoked sausage, cutup 2 ( 15 oz. ) cans diced tomatoes for chili 1 ( 15 oz. ) can pinto beans 1 ( 14oz. ) can beef broth 1/2 c. frozen whole kernal corn 2 t. chili powder 1 t. cumin
Heat oil in dutch oven over med. heat. Add onion, peppers and sausage. Cook until sausage is browned and veggies tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook at least 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Making grilled cheese sandwiches to serve with it.
