Smoky Barbeque Chicken Pizza
10 oz. refrigerated pizza crust
1 1/2 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. smoked barbeque sauce
1/2 c. green pepper, optional
1/4 c. sliced red onion
Preheat oven to 425°. Prepare pizza crust in rectangle shaped pan. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup cheese. In a separate bowl, combine chicken and barbeque sauce tossing to coat. Top crust with chicken mixture, green pepper and onion. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
