1 3-4 lb chicken, cut for frying
1 cup flour
1 tsp each Salt/Pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans of water
5-6 Irish potatoes, cut in half
Mix flour, salt/pepper & cayenne; dredge the washed/dried chicken in flour mixture. In a large skillet, fry chicken to a golden brown or until it is almost done. Pour off all fat. Add soup, water and potatoes. Cook until tender. Will serve 5-6 people. Serve with a green vegetable or salad and french bread.
