Souerkraut Pork Steak

This recipe I just came up with when I was in the kitchen one day I had tried this recipe about 4 different ways before I made this one that we liked a lot.

2 lbs. pork steak, cubed

1 large sweet onion, chopped

2 celery ribs, chopped

1 bag sauerkraut undrained

8 ounces cooked noodles, drained

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained

Lemon Pepper to taste

In a cast iron skillet, brown meat.
add the onion and celery, cook until onion is transparent. Stir in the sauerkraut, noodles, soup and mushrooms, seasoned with lemon pepper or regular salt & pepper. spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. cover and bake at 350* for 1-1/2 hours or until meat is done, stirring occasionally.

Serves 6 to 8
