Soul Ribs

6 oz can frozen orange juice
3/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp molasses
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp salt
4 tsp chopped onion

Simmer spareribs for approximately 1 hour and drain well. Coat with above sauce and barbecue or bake. To bake in oven, cover broiler tray with tin foil. Turn ribs a few times and baste with sauce.

This sauce is also very good with chicken.
