Sour Cream Potato Patties
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups instant potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg
Heat water and add butter and salt.
Remove from heat and add potatoes, milk and sour cream, then stir in egg.
Drop by rounded tablespoons into hot skillet using about 2 tablespoons butter.
Fry until golden brown.
