SOURCREAM CHICKEN

4 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST
1 CUP OF FLOUR
4 TBS BUTTER
2 TBS OLIVE OIL
2 1/2 CUPS OF SOUR CREAM
1 LEMON

STEP 1
RINSE OUT THE CHICKEN AND WHILE THEY ARE STILL WET COVER THEM WITH FLOUR.
ON A BIG PAN PUT THE BUTTER AND OIL TO BROWN THE CHICKEN BREAST, ONCE THE ARE GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES AND NO LONGER PINK REMOVE THEM PLACE THEM ON A DIP DISH.

STEP 2
RINSE OUT THE PAN AND POUR IN THE SOUR CREAM, STIRRING CONSTANTLY BRING TO BOIL UNTIL THE SOUR CREAM IS LIQUIDITY POUR OVER CHICKEN.

STEP 3
RINSE OUT THE PAN AGAIN… CUT THE LEMON AND SQUEEZE IT IN THE PAN (REMOVE SEEDS) ONCE THE LEMON STARTS TO BUBBLE POUR IT ON TOP OF THE SOUR CREAM… AND YOU ARE DONE! THIS ONE OF OUR FAMILY FAVORITE!
