Southwest Chicken Dip

16 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened

2 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese + 1/4 Cup for topping

1 Cup Chopped Rotisserie Chicken

1 3/4 Cups Roasted Corn Salsa

2 Green Onions, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8x8 baking dish. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Place in the prepared baking dish, top with 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and top begins to brown just slightly. Serve warm with veggies and tortilla chips for dipping. ‚Äč
