SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SOUP (restaurant recipe)

2 tbls butter
1 onion chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tbls chopped garlic
1 pound grilled chicken breast diced
1 cup corn kernels
2 tbls ground cumin
2 tbls minced cilantro
3 flour tortillas soaked in hot water and pureed
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups heavy cream

Saute onions until transculent. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a light boil. Salt and pepper to taste and serve
