Southwestern Pulled Pork

I made the Southwestern Pulled Pork submitted by nebulized last night. We enjoyed it very much. I only used 1 can of chilies to make it a little milder. Served last night Rolled in tortillas with sour cream, guamole, tomatoes and cheese. Today for lunch I used the leftover meat in a taco salad served with tortilla chips. It would also be very good to serve on buns. Thanks nebulized!
